Refund policy

At Naturespress, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we make the process simple. Whether you’d like to return, exchange, or report a damaged item, please Contact us.


1. Returns

We offer a 60-day return window from the date of purchase.

  • Refund Processing: Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, minus a $10 handling fee, once the item arrives and passes inspection.

  • Initiating a Return: Please Contact us with the subject line “RETURN ORDER.” We’ll provide a pre-paid shipping label. Naturespress is not responsible for lost packages in transit.

Return Eligibility Requirements:
Items must be:

  • New, unused, and in original condition

  • Include all tags, packaging, and components

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email or number)

  • Shipped with all parts included (missing parts void eligibility)

  • Sent in a proper shipping box (dust cover is not sufficient)

  • With intact barcodes, if applicable

Used, altered, or incomplete items will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.


2. Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or has a manufacturer defect, we’ll make it right at no cost to you. To expedite the process, please provide:

  • A photo of the damage

  • Your order number, address, and full name

3. Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund is approved or rejected. Approved refunds are processed immediately, with the credit appearing in your original payment method within a few business days. For questions, Contact us.


4. Delays in Refunds

If your refund hasn’t appeared yet:

  • Double-check your bank account

  • Contact your credit card company (posting may take time)

  • Follow up with your bank for possible processing delays

5. Exchanges

6. Promotions & Discount Codes

7. Shipping & Handling Fees
